Winchester Cathedral - The Deanery
The project involves a Grade I listed building with complex history. It provides accommodation to the Dean and is to house a commercial kitchen to serve two public function spaces. The works also involves upgrading the existing stair to form a protected stairwell, upgrading acoustic separation and upgrading fire separation.
