Genevieve Gorham - BA(Hons) DipArch MA RIBA ARB

Andrew Waite has some 30 years of experience working on historic buildings. After studying architecture at Oxford Brookes University, he worked in private practice specialising in conservation, followed by joining a Local Authority conservation team involved with urban design and public realm improvements.  

Since joining Nick Cox Architects in 2008, notable projects include reroofing The Vyne for the National Trust (RICS Regional Award for Conservation), the design for Stowe School new music facilities (WHICH AWARD?). He has worked with various parish churches including St. Mary’s Banbury, St. Stephen’s in South Kensington, St. Mary’s Thame, St. Laurence Reading and St Martin-in-the-Fields in London.

Andrew’s skilled project management includes experience of complex site logistics, public building operation, fire precautions, statutory processes, cost control, risk assessment and health and safety matters. He is a founder member of the Chartered Quality Institute, a previous RIBA Student Mentor and holds a post as part-time lecturer at DeMontfort University teaching third year students.
